User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsLived there for a few years and, yes, management is terrible. Landlord is never there during scheduled hours and complains about the things that are minor, and does nothing about the major problems.The office is supposed to be a community center were tenants can have access to computers, good luck with this one, as managemnet is out to lunch all day it would seem and the doors are always locked. Pool was closed most of the time and security gates are always broken and wide open. Yes, kids roam around without supervision but management turns a blind eye to these major problems. Super tiny laundromat for so many tenants. Had a rodent infestation that according to mangement was only one rodent, yea, right.Mice,spiders and ants love it there but they dont pay rent. Management and the regional manager are unjust and biased. Rules are enforced selectively so if you commit a violation you may get reprimanded while others get away with it. Doesn't take a genuis to figure out whats really going on there.Should have moved out sooner.

Lived there for 2 yrs. One of the worst managers around. Rarely in, hates to be "bothered," and never seems to do anything but complain about nothing. Kids are never watched in playground and ruin property without punsihment. Rooms are small. And only 1 maintenace guy to take care of ALL apartments. Saturday night parking is a nightmare. But it IS next to WalMart. Only good thing about it.

Also, some apts have roaches, ants, or spiders. Some have a little of all. A/C works great. Cable is only from Time Warner and their service is the worst in history. No pets allowed. And DONT trust your neighbors for the most part (they steal).
