User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI had a bluetooth stolen from my package they had the nerve to deliver an empty package that had a tracking #. Didn't even let me know the package was empty. Ask to speak to supervisor she wouldn't come to the phone. People working there are rude!!!!

I am very upset with the service in this particular post office. They are very rude and incompetent when it comes to customer service. I called to track down a package and I was told it was there at the office and to pick it up between 8 and 5. When I showed up to pick it it up, they couldn't find it and I was told to call later to see what happen to it. When I asked for more information I was treated with attitude and I was told that it was not a guaranteed service.

3-7-08 2:00pm i am very upset with the post office, i just called about 10 minutes ago to ask about a package that was sent to my house and was sent back to the post office and i asked the guy to check if the package was their and he told me that he wasn't going to check unless i had a notice from the postoffice and i had to go in person. i didn't have one but i got a confirmation by email. this is why i go to the post office downtown or to san benito.
