Horrible service and products indeed! I was unfortunate enough not to look them up until after I purchased a vehicle from them. 06 Equinox with only 30k miles sounds great at take home $15k, but it only got 10 miles to the gallon, the a/c broke 4 times, they absolutely lied to me and my husband on multiple occasions (especially the seller Rigo Soriano). After about 6 weeks in the vehicle and it being in and out of the shop, dealing with them over the phone, never getting any call backs from them, I finally I took it back. I got another car and was treated really nicely by the used car sales manager . . . until there were problems with this car. He did the same, although not as bad, as the other guys who work there. Lies, not accountable for their vehicles. Definitely, if you choose to deal with them, get the vehicle inspected by someone you trust before they pressure you into signing away your savings like me. After you drive it off the lot, they could care less about you or the money trap they sold you. Two cars, a budget increase of $5k, a few hundred lost on the switch between the two cars, and so much time lost and patience that it really was not worth it at all. I am absolutely dissatisfied by them and Bert Ogden in general.

Before this, I went to their Dodge dealership in Harlingen and was cussed at, called derogatory names, and told that my sale didn't matter.

What sort of dealerships does Bert Ogden run??

HORRIBLE SERVICE. WE TOOK OUR MAZDA6 VEHICLE AFTER IT WAS HIT FROM THE REAR TO BERT OGDEN SINCE WE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE FROM THIER DEALERSHIP. IT PROVED A BIG MISTAKE. OR VEHICLE IS WHITE AND THEY LEFT THE BUMPER LOOKING LIKE SOME SOME EGG WHITE WITH NO SHINE AT ALL. WE GAVE THEM ANOTHER CHANCE TO FIX THE ISSUE AND GUESS WHAT THEY DID. THEY THOUGHT WE WERE IDIOTS BECUASE WHAT THEY DID WAS THAT THEY COLORED THE FRONT BUMPER ALSO SO WE WOULD SEE THEIR POOR PAINT JOB. WE TOOK THE CAR SINCE WE WERE TIRED OF THEM BUT WE WERE NOT PLEASED. I DONT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE
