This company was assigned to us by our warranty company to fix the A/C. We were told the coil has to be replaced and that they will order it. A week passed and nothing/ I called them and fussed and their "temporary" solution was to add more freon. Another week has pased and still nothing. Now when I call they don't answer. In speaking with the warranty company they tell me this company has yet to file the "diagnostic".
I called twice for service set appointment and on both times nobody bothered to call or come by.

Fixing a coil proplem with a known leak by adding more freon is AGAINST THE LAW. I wish you would have reported these donkeys because we are currently in the same boat you were in. It has been a week now and when we get them to actually answer the phone, we get nothing but the run around. Do not use these guys.
We always strive to take care of our customers. We can not control the time it takes to receive equipment that was ordred thru the WARRANTY company. We have to wait to receive equipment. That is just a fact when you are dealing with a warranty company. As far as the courtesy when we added freon to the unit, that it was illegal, is totally FALSE and again was done as a COURTESY since we were waiting for equipment. Please undertand again that we are at the Mecrcy of the Warranty Company when it comes to getting equipment. If this service call would of been done directly thru our company we could of purshased the equipment locally and installed it the following day. There is a trade off with warranty companies in that they do pay for a majority of the work that is done but it take time to get equipment and please understand that this is beyond our control. We have been in business for over thirty years and have been in business this long because we strive to take care of our customers and have built a solid customer base because of this again I apologize for any inconvenience that may have occurred.
