I had a horrible experience as well the salesman was nice and offered me to drive the car right away. The manager i wont forget his name Cesar at the Brownsville location boy was he rude. He didn't even take the time to try and bargain. He to learn that in a retail business in order to sale you have to have a better attitude and not treat customers like there trash. I will buy elsewhere never will i step foot on their lot and ill be sure to let friends and family know thank god for internet. In my opinion all staff needs to be changed

They treat you like gold when you first buy a car but then forget about you completely. I have been taking my 2006 Murano for oil changes and it always takes a long time no matter if you have an appointment or not. I took my car in on September 29th for a faulty a.c switch and they ordered the part. It came in onthe 2nd of October and installed it, took over 5 hours. As soon as I turned my car on the a.c switch went out again. I had already made an appointment for the following Wednesday for a diffective seat that by the way all you fellow Murano owners, if you look online you'll find a lot of people with the same problem but Nissan will not acknowledge the problem. So I go in on Wednesday and have an appointment at 900 am. I told them about the a.c problem that was never fixed and about the original reason that I went in for the seat. They dropped me off at the Harlingen Mall at 9:30 am and so I killed some time until about 1:30 pm. I then called the service department and talked to guy that helped me in the morning. He told that my car was still being worked on and he would call me back in 30 minutes witch he never did. I finally had enough of the mall at 3:00pm and so I called for the shuttle to pick me up. As soon as I got there everybody seemed busy and nobody bothered to even notice that I was there. I went outside and could not see my car in any of the work stations and then finally demanded to get an explanation. Apperantly Mike was gone for a "Meeting" and never returned all day. It took a while to get a response and was finally told around 4pm that my car was next in line. They had not touched it all day, wow. Around 530pm I went outside and found my car was parked on the side indicationg that it was ready. Nobody could tell me anything about the car or why. I shared my frustration with the gal behind the counter where you pay and she kind of apologized to me. To make a long story short I was lied to several times witch I do not appreciate, I missed all day at work (no pay) only to recieve an invoice that said no problem found on a.c and seat adjuster on order, with no one had a clue or could not tell me what was going on so decided to leave. I don't know if I should wait for their call or maybe just go to Bert Ogden in Mcallen. I do know that I will never buy a car there again until they learn how to treat their customers better and more honesty.

I have to admit, they did take a long time to finalize my deal. I was waiting there for hour, but then again, I was the idiot that decided to go buy (lease) a car on Saturday. Duh! Apart from that, I got a great deal on a lease. I had never leased a car and had several questions. The Salesperson was able to explain the differences and didn't suggest one or the other. I decided to lease because it just sounded like the best option for me and my family. I was hoping to buy a car with zero-down. The Salesperson said that he needed about $5,000. We played the game, and I ended up getting the car with $1,000 down payment. Next time, I need to do a little more research on my own about financing/leasing because the next Salesperson might not be so knowledgeable, and I need to go on a Monday or Tuesday. I work at a bank, and these two priniples apply to most major purchases. Be prepared and go on a weekday if you expect excellent service.
