    The service was great. My waitress was very attentive to our needs. The food was great!!!!! I know in the past they have had a history of poor service, but they seem to have new waitstaff and I can tell the difference. You should give it a second chance.

    I would not recomend to ANYONE! It was horrible the wait was long no food came out of the kitchen in the whole resturant for over 30 minutes after we were seated. We ordered steak. My husband ordered medium rare and I medium. His was well and mine was rare. The grilled onions were not grilled the baked potatoes were cold and hard, the steak has a huge piece of grissel in the middle. We did not even finish eating. The Applebees is Kingwood TX is awesome this one was such a dissappointment.

    Customer service is very bad i got my mashed potatoes 20 minutes later i got my drink when my wife was done eating i got my main course with no toast. The i finally finished eating after 1 1/2 hrs
