This is the WORST place to rent anything!! Awful customer service and irresponsible ownership. Words cannot begin to describe the horrible experience I had here. I was told to pick up my rental by a certain time and when I showed up, there was no one there to load it for me. They asked me to come back at a later time. When I asked to talk to the owner (Carlos Rodriguez) he was rude and placed the blame on ME! He never introduced himself, never apologized and never made an effort to act professionaly and sounded bothered the whole time I was explaining my problem. Finally he reluctantly sent someone but I ended up wasting almost an entire hour of my day waiting for those morons to get their act together. On top of that,they told me at the last minute that the moon jump I rented was "no longer available" and sent me home with a totally different one. They never gave me instructions on how to set up the rental either. Never go there!
