User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsMy entire family has used this dentist for many years. He and his staff are very professional and caring. We have received excellent care and appreciate his hard work and the service he provides to our community. I would recommend him to anyone. Please remember, it is much easier and less expensive to see your dentist every 6 months for dental cleanings and exams. Waiting until you have a big problem IS a big problem. Preventative care is the smart and logical recommendation. Especially with children! :)
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe had a good time at this Dentist, I was a little hesitant to take my children to any dentist just because they are so young. The staff was great and made my 5 year old and my 3 year old feel at home... not to mention they got to watch cartoons while getting there teeth cleaned! They got a goodie bag and got to pick out a prize from a little treasure chest. My youngest did have a cavity and we got it filled the very next week. Every thing went great with that as well, we will be seeing Dr. Smith and his team again.

My sons were treated by Dr. Smith, and between the two of them wound up with three abscessed teeth (that were fine before he filled them) that required root canals or extraction. I won't trust him with my teeth anymore.

Sounds as though preventative dental care (every 6 month cleaning and exams) were not routinely done for your children - otherwise their dental problems would have been caught early and treated before their conditions became so severe. It's unfair to blame this dentist for your lack of appropriate, preventative dental care.
