User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBillys BBQ is definatly somewhere that all of Bastrop wants to stay around. Most definatly better than Elgin. I'd recomend it to anybody coming to make a review. Great after church luncheon.!!!!
Keep Billys how it is.. no changes we like it how we buy it.

User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsbland, greasy and full of fat is a good way to describe the 5 or 6 places Ive had bbq in texas, this being one of them. Why cant texans cook proper bbq? atleast they label it properly and always distinguish that its "texas" bbq....
