User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWe came for the srimp and crab legs and they were awesome! The waiter said it was their lowest price ever trying to draw business, $14.99. What a deal. It was 9/11/09 and only 8 to 10 diners so excellent service of course.

I was planning on having a nice steak and a few drinks there on Friday 8/21/09, but didn't make it that far. The staff was very rude, practically throwing our bread at us, refusing to accomodate us by splitting the check, only to recommend we go upstairs to eat. They treated us like low life kid beach bums. We didn't WANT to dine upstairs with the hoodlum crowd that was gathering, we three women in our 40's just wanted a quiet meal and enjoy a few drinks but the waitress and the staff, lost out on a very good tip...it's a shame they were so rude. Will NEVER darken their doorstep again. The worst accomodating staff I have ever encountered. They must deal with so many kids who never tip and misbehave, that they've forgotten what good mature business is all about. Their loss.

My family and I had a bad experience at Louie's and will not return. My wife made an honest mistake and put some shrimp from the buffet on her salad - the waitress noticed this and actually made my wife scrape the shrimp off her salad and give them to her! I told the manager about this when he asked how our meal was, and he said he was going to have a talk with her. I saw him talk to her... They were glancing back at us and chuckling... Then, when the waitress brought our check, she just tossed it on the table without a word. We went next door to Amberjacks for dessert and drinks... Amberjacks has much better food, and the service is excellent. My advice is this - spend the money and go to Amberjacks - you won't be disappointed!
