User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsHorrible. I was one of two people in there. And the clerk and other customer talked during her entire lengthy transaction about personal stuff (didnt even know each other). They went on and on and on and on. Then proceeded to do the same for 5 to 10 mins after her transaction until I spoke up and said "Ladies excuse me I need to get to work. Can you please finish the personal coversion after everyone has been helped." Which would be normal professional work behavior. But this branch of the Post Ofiice apparently doesnt require manners or professionalism as a job requirement. Well after that it was attitude galore from both clerk and customer. Horrible. I wont mail anything usps except letters because you have to. The clerks name was Mabel, very , very rude and unprofessional. Avoid her. If shes the only one there go to UPS or another post office. Supervisor made one hap hazard attempt to contact me. She left a message that she would definately call back. Well it never happened. Why would it. She wants an excuse (not reaching me) to get out of disciplining her friend. Typical Texans. Cant wait til USPS is privatized and people that do that get fired.

My post office is great!: Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I very seldom used to mail or ship things from the post office so I didn't know much but everytime they have helped me with it all. I now only go there always to mail itmes out just b/c the staff makes me want to use my local post office more. Although Hutto is growing they still have that small town friendly customer service. :)
