This is a great hotel and the best beach on SPI. Everything you need is here. I am wondering if these bad reviews are even for this hotel. They do not even make sense.

We stayed her on a weekend in July. The staff was very rude. We also were approached by Paul Blart the Security Guard. While we were in the pool and he asked both my wife and I twice if we were guests of the hotel in a rude manner. If you are paying a lot for a resort you should get quality customer service. I then explained the situation to the night manger and he was taking the side of the security guard instead of the paying customer. I also said we would not get this kind of service at another hotel and he said then we should stay there. Do not stay here the staff is rude and you will pay way to much for a renovated hotel that claims to be a resort. The security guard constantly harasses the guests in the pool and this itself proves to be a tacky motel.
