horrible management: i recently went into ihop and ordered food to go. they forgot to add my 2 extra pancakes. i called to tell them, and see what they could do. i completely understanding messing up an order, but do not treat your customers rudely. the manager did not apologize, but he did patronize me. i really wanted to call back and tell him to put my money back onto my card. what a jerk!

Not so good: The reason I have a problem with this business is due to a recent visit. I had cut out some valid coupons from the news paper of which this establishment was participating. In presenting the coupon it was refused. The coupon was buy a regular entree and get one free of equal or lessor value.
First order was a breakfast sampler second was a senior breakfast. The coupon was refused because of the second order coming off of the senior menu. This made absolutely no sense what so ever as I was told I could have had another sampler free even though the senior meal was of much lessor value. Go figure this one!! I was flatly refused not only by the cashier but also the assistant Manager. Now here is the results. I will not patron this place again nor will anyone I can tell this story too that wants to be treated reasonably.
