User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsWas looking for a hamburger joint and came upon Lindig's half-way between Fredericksburg and Johnson City. Can't speak for everything else but special of the day was chicken fried steak, mixed vegtables, real mashed potatoes and gravy, roll, salad, drink and dessert for $7 ... truly the best chicken fried steak I've eaten in 21 years along with great sevice. This is where the locals eat for it was busy at 2:00 pm and it is a one horse town spot in the road.
