YOU WILL BE SCAMMED!!! HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!
This place sucks took my car to get checked out. They took a week to tell me that my wires might be split so they think that's the problem. They didn't do a damn thing just a bunch of cons. They talk to you real nice and once they have your vehicle they will charge you tons. Don't expect to get good service or repairs done right. Take your car anywhere else but here!! Am a Student at TX State listen and don't think this is made up. Terrible place!!!! Never will recommend nor will ever return.
Horrible, dishonest, stay away!
I went to test ride a new Versa after receiving an email from Nissan USA saying I had a $1,000 cash back offer for any new dealer car in stock at ANY Nissan dealer, plus a $1250 cash back offer on the Versa. I checked their online inventory, which included their prices, and made an appointment to check out the car. I was very clear when I came in what I wanted and what I expected to pay. They tried to tell me that their prices online for their vehicles didn't reflect about $2,000 worth of add-ons, including window tinting and that rip-off "detailing stripe" (a dead giveaway for a ripoff dealer). After I balked at the price and said no, they brought another guy in who tried to bargain further, then said they were going to talk to "the head guy" to see if they could give me a "bargain" price of $500 over what it should have been, based on their internet prices and my rebates. They told me my email from Nissan USA - the parent company! - wasn't valid for that model. What a joke. I ended up not even liking the car very much and deciding I would never buy a car from them.
They had the nerve to call me twice the next day, badmouthing my other choice of car, and trying to give me "friendly" advice about making sure I got a Carfax report on a used car, and that my choice had bad reliability ratings. I finally told the 2nd guy who called me exactly why they lost my sale and how in this day and age, treating customers like that was insulting, and they would never get my business. Wake up San Marcos Nissan! Customers have the internet and will gladly take their business to a dealer who will honor stated internet prices!
I ended up being treated much better at a Honda dealership in San Antonio with a low mileage, very well priced used car. San Marcos Honda saw single female and thought they had an easy mark. How wrong they were.
