Worst salon experience, but also first. The girl was nice and personable....buuuuut she really really really needs to listen more to her clients. It was so bad I had to call my regular salon driving out of the parking lot so I could get it fixed ASAP. NEVER EVER going back!

POOR MANAGEMENT...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! -

I've been to this salon about 15 times over the past two years. I've never had any problem with their service, the professionalism, the results or the appearance of this salon. It's clean and relaxing inside. What makes this salon so special is the talent and professionalism of the staff. They're always nice to me and treat me well. The hair removal services that I've received are the best that I've ever received, and I've lived all over the country.
