User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe went there on friday, for a family celebration. WHAT A RIP OFF! The dish my aunt ordered "supposedly" had a 2 pound (the waitress confirmed this 2 seperate times) rock lobster tail, and a 6 oz steak for $27.50, so she ordered it and when it came out, we looked at it, it was smaller than the palm of my 5 year old sons hand, we asked again this is a 2 lb tail?? she said yes maam it shrinks in the broiler, what a joke! we called over the manager and she stated it was a 4 oz lobster tail NOT a 2 lb tail, my aunt took a bite and it was hard, dry and crunchy! we again called the manager over, she told my aunt if she was really going to complain THIS much she would just take it off the bill! HOW RUDE! They should of offered my aunt something else or a dessert or SOMETHING!! our bill was $200 with the order taken off and we will NEVER GO BACK!!!

I enjoyed eating here. The review that the guy said he did not receive his 25 dollar
gift certificate should have called back.
This is not unusal for any business and I would have called back. Also when you
have a bad meal, tell the manager, I am sure he would like to know to correct the problems.
I always hated being in management and people making complaints that had not
been sent to me for the things I was responsible to correct.
I have lived in Abilene and the Red Lobster there was not so great, their food seemed not to be fresh so I think it is the time of year and when you go.
I am going to eat her toite for all you can eat shrimp and give them a chance.

IT WAS FREAKIN AWSOME!! THE BEST PART WAS MY WAITER(BOBBY IVESTER). HE IS SOMETHING LIKE THE GREATEST. HE IS DEFINITELY WORTH 30%.
