Jack Brown Cleaners No 22

Avoid Jack Brown at all costs. Not only is their service horrible but so is their customer service. I brought in 3 shirts and they broke buttons on 2 of them. What's worse, they tried to cover it up by sewing on new buttons that didn't even match. I asked them to please use the extra buttons provided with the shirts. One week later I go back and nothing was done. They couldn't even give me a refund at that time. So I called the manager, some old woman with a rotten attitude and general disdain for customers and she had the audacity to yell at me on the phone and make this out to be like it was all MY fault! After 5 minutes of copping an attitude from her I was offered a $4 dollar refund and I ended up just fixing the shirts myself and buying a sewing kit at HEB. I wrote a detailed letter to the district manager and had to follow up with it just to get an apology. Nobody called me back and everything was dropped on their end.

If this review prevents anyone from using Jack Brown Cleaners, specifically the one on Gattis School Rd. and Greenlawn, then consider it a gift. Unless you like abuse, shoddy work and an exercise in futility, DON'T go to Jack Brown!!
