User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsSlow, slow, slow! No sense of urgency on the part of the postal workers. No smiling faces. Not a welcoming place to do business!!

I agree there is a sense of complancy and this post office and I asked one of the workers about it and they said they can't get help so why should they hurry as they are not going to get any more assistance Someone took a break when there was a line of about twenty people waiting and there were kids screaming in line, crying, hanging on their Mom, and I was helping her move her boxes up the line. The manager was so non-chalant about the service and having been in civil service, we call it the civil service syndrome. There is not enough post offices for the populations of Round Rock and the customers are not going to be served accordingly.

I have trouble with my delivery service putting my mail in other boxs and I get other peoples mail alot...i have been looking for something I ordered sense Dec 6 have not got it yetimagine that.
