For Round Rock Toyota. Took my vehicle in for an oil and filter change and tire rotation. It took two and a half hours for the job and that's excessive by anyone's definition. Although offered multiple excuses and a free oil/filter change on my next visit, I don't think I'll chance a similar opportunity for such poor treatment. I won't be coming back. If you visit, be careful.
Unethical dealer! I went in with a bottom line price, which they refused (their prerogative). I received multiple calls asking me to come back in to deal, even after I told them several times I was not interested. During one of their calls I let them know that I decided to buy a Pilot from First Texas Honda (Jolene Marweg was great!) and here's the bad part... The next morning I received both a phone call and e-mail from RR Honda informing me that First Texas Honda requested a trade for one of the Pilot LXs they had in stock (apparently that's common practice). The sales associate told me that, because Pilot LXs were in "short supply," her manager would not release the car to First Texas Honda; that "no one else in the area has this car" and, according to her managers, if I wanted the Pilot I needed to purchase it from them! I said forget it!
The only redeeming factor at RR Honda was Pat Wyatt. She was a great sales associate but her managers pushed me to the point where I had no desire to purchase a vehicle from their dealership!
I did an online inquiry for an 09 Honda Civic, and Round Rock Honda was the first dealership to make contact (in about two hours). I did some shopping around between Killeen and Austin Honda dealerships before I decided on Round Rock. Matt C. was my salesman and was extremely helpful, patient, and most importantly, didn't make me feel like I had to haggle. I went in there with a certain budget in mind and left with a new car at a great price.
