I have come to really regret dealing with BOA, they are rude and hard to get information from, and quick to penalize thier customers. To try to talk with somene that can listen is impossible, they all have a script and cannot think for themselves. If you are considering opening an account with them, please look elsewhere if you want trust and service from your bank.

Ignorance All Day Every Day: This is the biggest bunch of ignorant and incredibly rude people I have ever encountered. I highly suggest that no one ever bank with Bank of America especially the Congress location. I am truly amazed the bank manager is able to wipe and dress himself every morning.

Lies: My wife over-drafted our bank account using the Visa debit. When she realized she had, she immediately went to the bank to deposit cash to cover it.

She asked and was told by the teller that cash was deposited immediately. This was a lie. They hit us with an over-draft fee before taking the cash deposit into account.

They run all debits through the system before any deposits are taken into account. Regardless of the source.

We're changing banks. Which is sad, I've been with them since they were NCNB.
