I went in to pawn an item that they had on the floor already (after I called to make sure that they would take it), and they had told me that they do not take what I brought in. I had pointed out 2 already on the floor and they had told me that they would sell them for $10 (marked as $99). Rip off, mostly poor service, horrid pawn offers, and only 1 person in there was a friendly employee, not either mentioned in the other review. Btw... this was one of my many trips to this shop and many of them turned out the same way, and my items bring good money from other shops with a 97% pick up rate. Thankfully there was one person there that was helpfull, but I would recommend another shop such as Cash America on Guadalupe or National Pawn off Breaker and N35 if you want friendly service and fair prices. Just my honest opinion
