My husband and I recently got married at La Villa Vista. The venue is amazing as well as the view and surrounding areas. I would not have asked for a better place to have my wedding. However, I would have to warn couples looking to have their special event here. The lady of the venue had some negative effects for our wedding. When we first booked, I had spoken over the phone about a price which she later changed when it got closer to the big date saying she never quoted that price. My advice would be to have all contact through emails so you have proof of agreements. The second part of my advice would be on the day of your special event to ask the lady of the venue to not be around. On the day of my wedding, she was extremely disrespectful to my guests, including my sister. She was upset because she didn't like the set up of my wedding so many guests witnessed her scowling and saying rude comments under her breath. The biggest problem we had was later during the dancing, she threatened one of my guests that she was going to call the cops on him. The reasoning was completely uncalled for. She by far was the worst part of our beautiful experience. Please take this advice to heart if you hope to rent this amazing venue. It is worth it, but not with her presence.
