I took my truck into this shop just to fix a brake leak. They wanted to sell me all kinds of stuff but I told them that I only could afford for them to get the leak fixed & that is all at this time. That is when the person behind the counter got an attitude with me. I also overheard the tech that test drove my truck after the repair had said to another tech that he accidentally had the emergency brake on when he was test driving it. I then drove to work which is about 4 miles away. My brakes completely locked up on me. I had to get my truck towed to my moms personal mechanic. He told me that the price that I payed, they ripped me off. He then told me that they put the brakes on to tight & that is what caused them to lock up. He said that the tech who test drove it should have known this. I was not going to have my truck towed over there even though there was a warranty because I did not want them to touch my truck any further. The personal mechanic charged me $130 to fix what this shop messed up plus I had a tow charge. WARNING, DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT. All the nice stuff they say in their radio commercial is LIE. Very rude people & they either do not know how to do the repairs properly or they did it on purpose. VERY DISHONEST PLACE OF BUSINESS, don't let the part of the BBB fool you. I had to give them at least 1 star but if it was up to me, I would not give them any stars for the review.

DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! I came in for a "free brake inspection", they drove me around the neighborhood, asked me a few questions, barely even looked under the hood, and tried to get me to buy a $40 "hydrologics test." I went down the road and found out exactly what I needed to know, no gimmicks.

Don't go to this business! I called and asked how much they charge to do brakes and was told $59.95 per Axisle. So I took my truck up there and they called a while later with a qoute of $270. I asked wht the $59.95 was for and it apparently was just to change the brake pads with the cheapest possible pads they can find and nothing else that normally is included with most brake service. Very deceptive!
