Kwik Kar Lube & Tune

I got all ready to go to work on a Monday, I use my car for work, I started my car and it sounded awful.I am new here and have no garage to take my car to, I have had my oil changed and inspection done at Kwik Kar on Parmer and loved the service, so I called there only to have Chris,the manager, come to my house and make sure my car was drivable, he than told me that I could follow him back to his shop if I wanted to go there and he would make sure I got there safely.
I did, my car was fixed, the price was good, and I was and am so grateful for the help and service I received from this shop. I would recommend it to anyone and have.

I came to this place due to the fact that my car was having problems and I was by the shop. SO I stopped in and the guys that work there were so awesome. Theowner, I believe his name is Jim, came down from upstairs cause I was in tears and didn't know what was wrong. He calmed me down while another gentleman, Chris, I found out later that he is the assistant manager, really nice guy, very down to earth and very helpful, fixed my car. I expected it to be quite a bit of money and I can't even remember what was wrong with that car, I have since traded it in on a newer model, but it wasn't that much and saved me so much money.

I just want you all to know that I appreciate your honesty and thoughtfulness in always taking care of the customer and knowing the repeat customers. Keep up the GREAT work.

For the first time in my life, I have found someone to look at my car that is completely honest. As a young woman, I have had mechanics try to overcharge me, or convince me to have completely unnecessary work completed. I have been in to have my car looked at several times. The first time, my car was stuttering and dying. I thought I needed a tune up or spark plugs replaced, and due to the car I had at the time ( a Galant ) it was going to be very expensive. When I spoke to the gentleman ( that's a first when speaking about a mechanic ) he told me that we should try a fuel injection cleaning first. The fuel infection cleaning was going to be several hundred dollars less, so of course I said to try. It worked. That was the first time that the people there saved me quite a bit of money.

Another time I went, my break light came on. I was yet again prepared to spend a lot of money that I couldn't really afford to get my breaks repaired. I dropped off my car and left with a friend for lunch. I hadn't even sat down to eat when they called me back. I expected the worst when I answered, only to be told that I could come get my car. When I got there, they told me that my break fluid was low, but there were no leaks, so they simply filled it. When I went in to pay, I was told that there was NO CHARGE!!! I couldn't believe it!

Needless to say, after many more extremely positive experiences, they now have a loyal customer for life.
