User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsAte here today for the first time at the Burnet Road location. The burgers were cold and not that tasty. The onion rings didn't taste homemade as they are stating. They are the only burger location in Austin that still charges for soft drink refills. I will not return to this establishment. The people working there are friendly but the food is awful.

I feel bad writing this because the people at the Hill-Berts we went to were nice, but the food was among the worst I've ever had. For some insane reason I got a veggie burger and it was burnt and tough as a dishrag. The folks working the counter were so nice I was embarrassed to send it back.
Also, the premises were unbelievably dingy and dirty.
Sorry, but that was my experience. 
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsGood Food all around: Good fish sandwich, burgers, fries, shakes, mushrooms, onion rings. I have tried it all there. Great food brings me back. This restaraunt is like your local burger hop.
