User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRoyce did an amazing job on my tattoo. I brought in a picture of what I wanted, but when I asked about doing it in color he suggested we do something a little different. I watched him sketch out an amazing design, and I have a great tattoo. All the staff was friendly, and I'd go back in a heartbeat.

Wish I could write a review. After reading a ton of favorables, I headed down there to have some work done. Turned out to be the typical hassle with getting a tattoo in Austin. I've had several unpleasurable experiences down here, all based around a lack of professionalism by the artists. All of the artists were busy or booked for the day (despite the fact that I got there when the door opened). I had a consult with an artist who seemed pretty enthused about my concept and took my number promising to give me a call should something open up that day, or to schedule an appointment. Well, I waited the entire weekend and the guy never called me back. In fact, I've not heard a word from him since the morning I went in. Now I know that I could call him, but I figure if the guy is gonna flake on calling me back why would I want him tattooing me? What if flakes during the thing and totally blows it? Thanks for nothing Southside.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsNoska did a chinese character for me here in early 2007. I went in asking just for the character but he designed an amazing framework and picture around the character. I was completely blown away. Everybody who sees this tattoo comments on how great it looks and asks me where and who dun it!

Perhaps they are just plain busy giving others who were in line before you the attention you think you deserve. Did you leave a deposit? Did you ask to speak with a specific artist? Should everyone drop what their doing to cater to your easily bruised ego? These are things you should think about before entering an establishment of good character or you might just find the worst person to get you in right now and end up with a mistake.
