    If you are looking for a carpet cleaner that does a great job, has a fair price, and is easy to work with, then I strongly suggest calling The Steam Team. I was able to schedule a tech to come clean our carpet within a few days notice. They called 30 min. prior upon their arrival and was completed within 40 min. We have two pets and a muddy back yard and it was definitely showing on our carpet. Matt Hagebusch was our tech and he left our carpet looking brand new. I am definitely going to be giving The Steam Team a call again.

    The man who came to my apt had no respect for doorman buildings. He was in a huge rush and was aggravated by the rules and questions of the building. I am so embarrassed with the disgusting attitude he gave to my doorman. When I heard what was going on, I called the main number immediately and they did nothing about the situation. The man ended up leaving and I was left stranded with a dirty carpet! Do not use this company if your building has ANY protocol.

    Great staff and service!! I use these guys all the time for carpet cleaning and I am always happy. This week I had a flood and my insurance suggested I call them. They showed up @ 10pm and worked all night and finished at 6am. My house is safe and dry! Shop Local...
