    I have been going to this great cleaners for years. I have never recieved bad service and have had nothing but great results with my laundry.

    I noticed that 'jvelasquez' had a bad review and just wanted to say point out that she didn't even use their services. Why post anything? You got bad customer service one time by one girl who I doubt even works there anymore. No tot mention your "Dolce and Armani" suits are definately not the 1st these people saw. They know their business. They are not out to get you.

    We went to Home Steam Laundry & Cleaners on 7/1/09 with several Armani and Dolce and Gabanna Suits. The girl at the counter was the rudest person we have ever come across and in our business we deal with very "eccentric" people. On top of being completely nasty she said that they would not guarantee their services OR guarantee that they would take extra care with the suits and that we had to sign a waiver. She just kept saying "We can't be responsible!" And we kept asking her "Can you just please promise that you will take good care of the suits." They didn't even write down what our items were and when asked why not she snipped "It's not our responsibility to know what items you brought in to us." We decided that we did not trust leaving anything with them, canceled our order, and went to Reids. They could care less that we did.

    I cannot believe the attitude that came out of these people. We will never, ever use their services. I warn all to stay far away from Home Steam and Laundry.

    If you check on other review sites such as Yelp, you will find many similar experiences.
