Awful experience. Took my car in to get fixed. They wanted to charge me $686 for a part that only costs $189 (I verified the exact part # with another Nissan dealership). Overall they were going to charge me just short of $1000 to replace a part that is attached by 4 bolts. STAY AWAY!! Oh, and one more thing; my car is in worst shape than when i took it in. Now it can t even drive.
Had a great experience with the salesman, Calvin Harp. He spent all the time in the world with me... he took the time to show me everything on each model... answered all my questions and truIy made buying a car a fun time. I spent the entire day test driving and he was right there with me. I also worked with their sales managers, Brian Hart & Kevin Adams, and there was NO PRESSURE SALES! Yesterday I bought a 2012 Nissan Mureno. This is my 2nd Mureno - traded in my vehicle and got a great deal! I love love this car... so much more car than you can imagine. I am sending all my friends and relatives to this deatership and to Calvin. Thanks South Point!!!!!
