We went to check out the Kawasaki Concours and the Yamaha FJR. The salesman (Paul Welke) was very nice and tried to find out for us if they had the FJR. When he did find the sales manager,we asked Tommy Gunn what the price of the bike would be out the door. He would not give us a price because it would probably be about a month before we were ready to purchace a new bike. He said he could get us a good deal, but did not give us a price. The last time we priced a bike there it was $1500.00 more than were we did purchase it. We feel that it was bad salesmanship if someone is wanting a price they are doing it for a good reason no matter if you are planning on buying the bike that day or six months from then. That totally turned us away and we will find somewherelse to purchase our next bike. As we drove down the road we found a really nice bike dealership in Georgetown which was more than happy to quote us a price, and I'm sure we can find other salesmen who are a little more considerate to what people are asking for. Thanks Tommy for nothing.

I bought a Suzuki c-50 2-12-09. I took it in 3-25-09 to have the bike's first mainenance. When I left heading north to the Yeager turn-around and head south to go to Braker Lane I was excellerating I looked down and noticed the oil light on. I moved to the right lane to pull over, the bike made a popping sound and died. I pushed it into a parking lot and noticed oil all over the bike and dripping from under the bike. I called and talked to the GM, it took 35 minutes before someone arrived to toe the bike. After arriving back at Woods, I was escorted to a waiting area and told the GM would be there to talk to me; that he was busy at the time.( I thought; too busy ???) About 30-35 minuted later the GM came in and told me that the oil filter had been double gasketted, which led to the leak. He assured me the bike was fine and just needed about a quart of oil. 1 & 1/2 hours later my bike was ready. On my way home I noticed the motor making a unusually loud tapping sound. When I arrived home I called the GM( good luck getting ahold of him if you have a problem)and finally talked to the Asst. servce manager. He agreed to pick up the bike the next day to find out what is the problem. The bike was there a week. The GM told me the bike was fine and that there was no problem. After going back and forth with them I took the bike back.
The noise still driving me crazy, I took my bike to another Dealer who listened to it and advised me to have the motor torn down. That the noise the engine was making was not nornal. I called Woods to tell them and left a message for the GM but no call was returned.
I have filed a complaint with the BBB and talked with Woods corperate office.Woods mantains that the bike is fine and the other dealer just wants to make a buck.
I have no confidence that Woods will do the right thing. I feel Woods wants to shed the blame and care more about not accepting blame than taking care of their customers. I feel Woods has no ethics when it comes to business.
    DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH WOODS!!!

Still fighting to get them to do the right thing.

This place is horrible. I've gone there a couple of times in search for a new bike. The last time I went the guy told me he would call me after he talked to his manager about a price...still waiting a week later. I would avoid this place like the plague! The funny part is I got a customer service follow up call that went to voicemail. I called back and when I tried to take the survey the recording said that no one was there, press 0 to call the operator. So I did, and guess what, "no one is there"...A joke dealership! The sales guys seem to not know the product either. They just know to sell the highest priced things on the floor it seems.

There is a dealership in Georgetown that will treat you really well. I went there and it is night and day!!
