User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsI bought a car from this dealership, used, and the very next day the clutch went out. The only reason I'm writing two stars is because they very promptly replaced the clutch for no charge, but the fact that two months later the master cylinder and slave cylinder died, leaves me to beleive that they do not adequately inspect or even look at their used vehicles.
Also, they are very deceptive. They told me that vehicles that have been in accidents are not put on the lot, but this vehicle had substantial and conspicuous cosmetic damage. As well, the rear lights and bumper were all marked by a junkyard. I would avoid their used vehicles.

vehicle for Allen Samuels but I take both of my cars to get serviced there (Ford/Infiniti) and they do a great job. Tim and Mark are very honest and get the job done right in a very timely manner. Highly recommended!!!
User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWORST DEALERSHIP EVER!!: Never buy a car from these people...or for that matter never buy a dodge chager!! I have had my car for a year and the transmission is already going out...it's still under warranty but Allen Samuels refuses to fix it. Not only that but they have kept my car for over 3 days and refuse to give me a loaner vehicle or tell me what the exact problem is. When shopping for my car originally they gave me a Dodge neon but now they say they do not offer loaners. They talk down to me and treat me like I am bugging them for dropping my vehicle off!! My cousin also had a charger that broke down on him in a year or so...they are not dependable vehicles!! STAY CLEAR!!!

Consider yourself LUCKY they did not give you a Dodge Neon!!!! I bought one and 2 months after I had it Consumer Guide had it on the WORST CAR LIST. (The only one on the list!) I have had the car worked on so many time I should have just bought a new car. I would have saved Thousands of Dollars.I took it to a Mechanic recently he told me to get rid of it, He had 4 in the back people would not come back to pick them up. He can't even give them away!

YOU ARE CORRECT! EVERY TIME I GO THERE THEY SEEM TO GET MY VEHICLE OUT AT LEAST A HALF HOUR BEFORE I EXPECT IT....MARK WEBBER IS GREAT TOO!
