User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsThis place is good if you need lessons or a new machine for home use. However, if they tell you they will order something for you make sure to follow up the next day to make sure they did. They have a habit of writing post it notes and losing them.
Needed info for a Juki industrial machine attachments since they are the only Juki authorized dealer in town and 3 months later have gotten no info. Then needed needles for the same machine and after a week and a half they never ordered them because they lost the post it note someone had written it on. Great place just be wary of how they handle things that have to be ordered.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsold fashion service!: My grandmother's machine, which I have had and used for over 20 years, died on me. The kindest man ever sold me a replacement machine that is similar (yet much better) and understood my urgent need for it and also my sentimental feelings towards my old machine. He showed me how to work it and even hauled it out to my car for me! It's nice to have such personal service.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsthey know their stuff: I enjoyed going there. I was looking for a used machine and they had many options, along with new machines, machine repair, and accessories. If you buy a machine from them they give you a course in using it. It is run by an older couple that really know there stuff. I recomend going there.
