    I have bought parts from the Sail and Ski center for years no matter what State I was in. I stopped doing business with them about a year ago because I had the worse customer experince fo my life with a guy named Paul. I never talked with anyone as rude as he was. He didn't want to deal with me so he pushed me on to someone else and I didn't appreciate that one bit. So, I'm sure I am not the only one who's had to deal with this guy but I will say this, never again!
