I've been there twice in the last few months and was impressed both times. The vets and assistants have all been compassionate and competent. They went to great lengths to help my cat and to explain to me the treatment options. Prices weren't cheap, but vet prices seldom are--especially emergency room vets. I'm quite shocked at the negative reviews, although I suppose even the best of places will have bad days. Bottom line is, I would take my pet there again and would easily recommend others do so, too.

NO Stay away. The employees love animals but the place is so mismanaged that the pets will not receive any where close to decent care. I took a dog in with a minor emergency, they did a patch job and charged crazy amounts of money causing a major infection and of course going to a real vet later. Do not go unless your dog is bleeding and you can't control it or if it has a twisted intestine. Be calm and wait for a real vet clinic. The owner who is listed at the top of the staff page cannot be contacted at all. I tried. Go somewhere where the owner is involved instead of hiding and taking advantage of people in distress
