I went to this shop in '07 and unlike the other reviews, I didn't have a very good experience. I've learned a little more about bikes and how to fit them and the guy that helped me pretty much didn't. He wasn't rude, just uninterested in what I wanted and steered me to something more expensive. I know I'm ultimately responsible for my own decision, but in large part due to his influence, I ended up buying something I later regretted. In '08, I went back to buy wider tires. At first, the the repair guy was pretty nice. But after just a few reasonable questions, he was getting noticeably annoyed. Who knows, maybe these were isolated incidences. Maybe these two guys were having off days. Maybe they're not even there anymore. All I know is I'll find another shop.

Great Customer service, very pleased with the time they spent with me to help find exactly what I was looking for. When I went back again with my girlfriend, she received the same help and type of service I did. I would recommend this store to anyone looking for a bike, or accessories. This is the place is where you want to go to.

Excelent service!: Spent days with me finding the right bike and the right size. Even exchanged the bike a week later to get me into the right bike. Good people, good experience!
