don't walk... RUN AWAY!!!: Unqualified kids. Broke more than they fixed. I had to go behind them and re-check everything. loose bolts, loose lugs. when I complained they told me to sit down and shut up and it would be fixed. or get out and find someone else to repair what they broke. and so that's what I did. walked out... and I'm glad I did! I would never trust them working on my truck again. I went to Brake check on SIH35 they fixed all the problems. they said half of the things needing replaced on my truck was the fault of brake specialists. I contacted Brake Specialists again in person by phone and e-mail. they "officially" refused to stand behind their work. the service manager at brake specialists is the founder of the companies son. so complaints to him or about him, mean nothing. don't expect any help there.the service manager at Brake Check was nice, and polite. they even fixed a few extra small items and didn't charge me for them.

Stay Away!!!: My brakes were mushy and I took my car to these folks. They wanted to replace the master cylinder, power booster, brake disc. calipers, and the rotors for a total of $1647.00. this includes a 30% markup on parts bought at an auto part store. I took it to the dealer, First Honda, and it turns out I only needed a master cylinder for a total sum of $250.00. These stores has a revolving door for managers. My guess is their conscience will only allow them to work there for a short period.
