I can't say enough about Dr. Jones and her staff. We have been seeing Dr Jones for about 2 years; we will go yearly. When I found out that my Baxter has an enlarged heart I was broken-hearted. But with the help of Dr. Jones and Dr. Matt Schuessler, Baxter is doing well. The medicine has actually helped his heart and with a few exercise and diet and medicine adjustments he is doing awesome. Both of my vets are caring and take the time to explain to me what I can do to help Baxter and to help me. In the beginning I was a basket case, thought he was going to just drop dead on me, NOW...I feel he will live a long normal life!!!! Sad, he had to be retired from a frisbee dog, but now we are crazy walkers!! Thank you, Dr Jones and to Dr Matt for all that you do!! I met Dr. Jones just a short few months ago. I was referred to her for care for our precious toy Schnauzer that had developed what we thought was just a heart murmor and bad cough. Dr Jones and her staff were so caring, I felt at ease during our initial visit. I was allowed to be with my Madde next to her as she received her first neubulizing treatment at the office. Our little baby was in bad shape with defective heart valves, lots of fluid, poor lungs and a collapsed trachea we didn't know about. Dr. Jones was thorough with her evaluation but treated us with such a kind heart! If fact, the whole staff had the same attitude! She cared, she really cared, her staff cared. Made me feel not like a crazy-worried "mommy" but understood our Madde was a family member and her care was first and foremost, which is why I took her to Dr. Jones. Even after the first consultation and medication, Dr. Jones offered her time and knowledge for any question, at any time, any issue that might arise. God Bless you Dr. Jones! You provided Madde the best care, we tried so hard to keep her with us but her little heart gave way. We lost our Madde just two weeks ago. Her little heart worn with age and issues, not much Dr. Jones or us could do. No more coughing, no more scared looks and confusion for Madde. She is in doggy heaven! Sweet baby! Not long after Madde's passing, I received such a sweet card and personal note from Dr. Jones. Every one of her staff had also spoken from the heart with true concern and sorrow for our Madde's passing. I just wish I had taken Madde into Dr. Jones sooner! She is one terrific Doctor with one BIG heart!
