STEER CLEAR! We were completely ripped off be the service dept. Paid $700.00 to get two items repaired, one lasted a day, the other a week. Returned and was told it would cost a whole lot more to repair, in spite of paying $117.00 for each of their professional diagonsis, which was no better than what Quick Lube has to offer, usually free. We received a small refund (after a battle) and signed an invoice and release which they said they would have to mail a copy because their copy machine was broken.I call back in 30 min demanding a copy of what I had just signed. The paper we were given was some bogus bill with nothing but zeros, and no signature. They claimed the paper I signed didn't exist, and was told I had nothing to prove it did. I was told they could either start a NEW bill or they would be happy to call a tow truck. I suggest you go to an honest and repututable business rather than deal with these people. It may look like a "nice" dealership, but their work is incompatent, and management is slick as grease and very arrogant. My truck runs worse than it did when I drove it in. I guess they are making money any way they can these days, or perhaps it's just worse than ever.
After 3 trucks in 5 years from South Point, Thier won't be a 4th, The sales people were GREAT but the sales MGRS. were not honest at all. After agreeing to a price from the MGR and sealed with a ferm handshake and smile I hornered my end of the deal, but when it came time to sign the papers 2 days later and 8 hours of waiting with out anyone telling me why it was taking so long and an extra 78 miles of driving it was time to sign,But the price that they wanted me to sign for was was not what we agreed on. In fact it was way off buy an extra $5000.00 in fact. when asked why the only thing they could say was I dont know, The sales MGR then gave a last offer of $2500 off the $5000. Still this is not what we both agreed to, I did buy the truck but it left a very bitter tast in me to do so, and I will not buy from here again or refer any one else to buy from here.I'm just not happy with being lied to by a MGR of all people, It just showes me that you cant trust them.
I took my truck in for a oil change, which they offered through the mail. The service manager could not tell me how long this would take, said he had a man out. I came back a couple of weeks later, same story. I now have a safty recall out on my truck and have tried to set up an appointment. So far no one has returned my calls. A truly awful dealership.
