User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI went there with an open mind, $1000 down and I make enough for hefty monthly payments. I went in looking for a new car, and ended up looking at the used cars. (due to credit)Well I wanted a nice little red cobalt and was hoping to go home with it the next day, they told me the bank would not let me go home with that car. OK, Credit is not to great so lets try again, then they wanted $3500 down on an 08 cobalt with 35,000 miles on it. When I said no they tried to get me into the oldest car they had on the lot and still wanted a lot down. My sales person Jason was nice, but I feel like he was a puppet for Lahn Whatley who never faced me. I finally decided to get my $1000 back and go to CAPITOLL CHEVY. I didnt like the way Henna treated me. They acted as if my money wasnt good enough for them, IDK what else I could have done, I threw my money at them and I gave them 3 chances and they still couldnt get me into a car! I went to Capitol Chevy with $1000 down and left with a brand new cobalt and I got approved for more than what Henna was trying to get me. So I will never return to Henna, they are your classic bait and switch.
User Rating: 4 out of 5 starsWe have been going to Henna for at least 24 yrs ,(84 Blazer,98 Blazer_which I still have),and they have always been professional about repairing our vehicles. The 98 Blazer had a lot of problems which were luckily covered by the extended warranty I bought. I still take my 98 in for oil changes and tuneups,(the 84 was still running great in 2001 when we sold it)and recently had them assess and fix a problem that Lamb's had diagnosed wrong and were going to charge me 1000. more for.
We did not buy either car here,but have used them for service all these years,and while not the cheapest prices for repair,it is done right the first time. I have used Lamb's a couple of times and they always tried to upsell me on repairs the car didn't need.-

purchased a used truck from these guys and have had nothing but issues with it since we purchased it!!!
THEY DID NOT DO THE 27 POINT INSPECTION!
Like they said they do on all of thier used vehicles.
We're currently trying to work everything out with them, but not everything is gong to get fixed.
The biggest thing thats really made me mad, is the truck was either previously wrecked or damaged, but the info was never turned over to CarFax!
I just found this info out.....!!!!
They sold us a Pile of Horse Crap!
Now we're stuck with it...
