User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsI will NEVER return to this I-Hop: I was very displeased with the Management in this Restaurant...He was very rude to my mother, daughter and myself....we had been seated at a table where we were not comfortable and asked to be moved and as we where waiting, the hostess tried to seat another party at the table that we where waiting for, that our waitress was kindly cleaning ....then we where told that we could not have that table because we where told that we had been assigned the other table though we had arrived before that party and had already been granted by our waitress. So we asked to speak to a manager and the manager (Mike) said that we could wait for another table though the waitress had already gotten us a new table and then he told us that we would have to wait for a new table even though we where there before the other party and I told him that this was wrong and I made him aware of how upset I was and told him I rather not eat here and he told me in a sarcastic manner well that is fine and have a nice day....I felt as if he where belittling me. I also called to report this to The person I thought was his superior but he was not really much help....he offered me 2 free meals (which I never received) .....I don't really think he was his superior just another run around that I-Hop has done on me..... and has probly done before and is still be done on their other customers...I now today refuse to eat at another I-Hop and I tell MY ENTIRE FAMILY NEVER TO EAT THERE AGAIN FOR THE VERY VERY BAD MANAGMENT THEY HAVE. In past employments I was always told and believe this: That the customer is right and if you want to keep clientele you should do your best to please them and not to offend them.

I like it cause it's open 24/7: IHop is a big, clean restaurant with good service. The prices are a bit much for my personal taste, but each time I have gone, someone else was treating. I love that they are open 24 hours and they have a huge variety of food and dessert. Overall, I enjoy going there, it's a very laid back atmosphere.

theproblem wit ihopis they have so many different types of tables to chose from finding a comfortable one is always a chore.
