I bought a 2001 Ford F-150 from this company and was very happy with it until the clutch blew out just two weeks later. Thankfully, the folks at Covert Ford honored the warranty and promised to replace everything at NO COST!!! I have NEVER experienced a company that has gone to such lengths to make a customer happy. I am very satisfied with their service and I will recommend them to all of my friends and family. Covert Ford excels in customer satisfaction!!! :)
I went into Covert to seek an economical vehicle. I got one of their newer service associates to assist me. We have purchased many vehicles through Covert in the past and I usually go through one specific individual. I'm not unhappy with Covert overall, but was a bit disappointed when I asked if he could call me back with a quote and perhaps a follow-through with an incentive program I presented to him. I received no follow up and am definitely going back to the original sales person that helped us in the past. I'm rating my last experience with them a bit low, but am sure after my next experience with them, I'll be happier.
Very good sales team: My wife and I got a very fair deal on a new Ford truck at Covert Ford. CJ Quayle did a great job for us over a period of about 6 weeks. He put us in the truck we were looking for without any high-pressure sales. When we made the deal, the finance manager named Tom Harrison (maybe one of the nicest guys on the planet) bent over backwards to help us out with a title problem. We highly recommend doing business with these guys.
