About:Iron Cactus is an upscale restaurant with rooftop and patio dining, a large dance floor and live entertainment. The main dining area has exposed steel and textured glass.     The Iron Cactus is a great place to go to enjoy a margarita, great food, and a fun atmosphere. I just checked out the Sunday brunch and it is so good. There was soup and salad, fajitas, an omelet station, migas, bacon, deserts, and much more. There were also bottomless mimosas for five dollars. This is the perfect place to go with friends or on a date. I will definitely be going back.
