My husband and I found Bob through a recommendation. We were in Austin for a marriage retreat and sought out Bob for a wedding ring and band for our renewal. He told us that he didn't have anything we could take home that day but gave us the Websites to look at and make our selection. We are from Tahlequah, Oklahoma and felt a little worried about doing business over such a long distance, but the worry was in vain. Bob was so incredible. He was great about calling us back and helping us make our selections. He saved us so much money that we were able to buy rings that we had only dreamed about. If you are looking for a beautiful piece of jewelry through a professional and trustworthy jeweler, look no further, Bob Carr is your guy.

I called Bob out of the blue and asked if he'd do an informal appraisal on a ring for me. He said, "Sure, bring it in and I'll tell you what it's worth." -- so I did. Bob took the time (over 30 minutes) to examine the ring and educate me about my 1920's diamond ring, the type of cut, quality of the platinum band, etc. Why did he do it? Because Bob is a true businessman with old-fashion values -- give the customer something of value and you'll have a customer for life. Bob didn't make one penny from me then and I have not purchased anything from Mr. Carr since, but rest assured when I have the need, there is only one place I am going. This review is one small way I can give something back to Bob Carr in the meantime.

I recently had Bob himself set a diamond for me " while I waited " . The service was great, and the ring was amazing my girl loved it. More important for me was i'm new to Austin and I really don't know many people so finding someone to build this ring was scary, while I was in his office waiting he had customers coming in one after another who had done business with him for years and seem to know him as if they were family. After seeing this and the ring I got I can assure you I will be a customer for life. Thanks again,
