   Terrible customer service, rude drivers (usually Indian or Middle Eastern, high rates for just going down the street. This is a pretty terrible alternative to an already bad bus system. You pretty much can't get around anywhere unless you have a car in austin so if you are legally blind like me then you are out of luck and discriminated against by the state. I'm not a failure but the system here is.

   Due to two negative experiences with this company in the past three weeks, I will never ride in a Yellow Cab again. Very unprofessional!!

   I have used them 6 or 7 times...: to get to the airport in the very early a.m., 5ish. The drivers are 10-15 minutes late 50% of the time. I have to schedule them to arrive early just to get to the airport on time.
