I appreciate the post office and their help with my mail and packages I send and receive.
I know the during the holidays the mail is slow but I really do understand because of the huge volume of mail and packages for the postman to handle on a daily basis.

We are a business and we have not recieved any mail in two days. I reported this to the Post Office and they said they would get back to me. No CALLS. NO NOTHING. The businesses next to us ALSO have not recieved their mail. What is wrong with these people. I've never experienced a US Post Office like this. I can only assume that they are LAZY and think they can get away with not delivering mail so they can get home earlier. This is irresponsible....By the way, Northcross is our Post Office.
On 7/17/08 I got a 3-day priority package posted 5/20/98 and a pile of financial correspondence from earlier in May. I come at least twice a week to my box and 7/17 was the first time this spring there was a yellow tag that said I had more mail than would fit in my box. When I brought this to the counter help's attention, I was told, very confrontatively it was my fault. Counter help has been rude and unhelpful for 10 years. I have even seen them picking on older people who had difficulty standing in line. No wonder there are 3 private mail businesses within a mile. Chronically understaffed - prepare to wait in line. One staff person, who is as slow as molasses in the best of times, will get slower if the ling is long or he is challenged.
