BEWARE !!! Unbelievable the treatment we have been given!! Bought a new 2009 Chevy truck, got it home and noticed major scrapes on plastic part of front bumper.(we did NOT cause) Took it back and have gotten the run around. Two days of no calls from them, so we called them, to have them insinuate we had caused the damage (which we adamantly refute) and were trying to have them pay for our accident. Then said they would see what they could do. Sales manager never returned phone calls but instead pawned us off on the salesman who had attitude & promised to call "right back" and didn't. After calling and letting them know they could keep their stinkin truck, the sales mgr decides he wants to talk, HA a little too late now, (guess they don't like being ignored any more than we did). They admit to nothing, not even the possibility that they hit something, even though the truck was off their lot twice for a spray bed liner and leather. Their idea of satisfying a customer is to have the touch up guys smooth out & repaint, which will flake and look like a "fix". The salesman actually told us in some type of justification for us taking the "fix" that they "gave" us a free bed liner!!! We paid for the bed liner! We bought a new truck and expect a new truck, bottom line!! Doesn't matter what they do now, we will NEVER go back there or recommend them.
i purchased a used vehicle from them. price was good. the vehicle needed the front driveshaft replaced. the service manager (bobby flores) totally gave me the runaround. he never returned calls. i had to go there on two occasions to take care of my problem. basically i drove my vehicle for 2 months with no front driveshaft. i had to go get it fixed myself and go there to get it paid for. the service department is aweful! if you can, get someone else to work on your vehicle. dont deal with bobby flores
I just want to say, "Thank You" to Patrick Moore in the Service Department for getting me in and out in the same day. My 2004 Tahoe transmission went out and I'm from Dallas and had to get back to work ASAP. He had me done in 1 day with a new transmission and washed and filled up with gas for the drive home. I wish my local dealership had people like Patrick. Keep up the good work.
