We had them install a new lawn for us complete with sprinkler system. They graded the lawn oddly such that there is runoff on the edges, so the grass on the perimeter is weak and weed prone. The arrangement of the sprinkler heads was not done very well either as there are areas with poor coverage. They also modified the fence to put a new gate on, but the gate was poorly designed and sagged after a couple of years and when the pickets didn't fit, they'd cut a smaller piece of a picket to fit on the fence which created an uneven look. Work recently done on the fence by different contractor did the job better by subtly cutting bits of each board so that they all fit which made for a very uniform look. So, in comparison, the Utz service was not very detail oriented. If you need something quick and dirty, it will do tho.
