This people aim to please...: I was running ahead of schedule in between appointments today and thought to myself that I should go ahead and get that oil change since (1) I would be going on a road trip soon and (2) I was about 500-1000 miles overdue. I drove down Burnet Road and saw one location but was in the wrong lane to turn into it. By the time, I got to the next location, I was in the right lane and they only had one car in the bay. I drove up and they were in the process of moving that car out. (How lucky could I be???)

The did the oil change in record time and didn't try to sell me an oil or air filter, although they did check for it. They found it in good condition, as well they should have because I had just had it changed last month!

I was pleased with their conversation, humor, service, and suggestions for future checkups. As a woman, I didn't feel like that they were trying to push me into things way beyond what I had come in for. I like that - most definately; and, because of that, I would certainly be going back there when I need an oil change again.
