User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsBest food in Hondo? Well, that's not saying much, is it? The Bubbas that run this town have done so little to develop this little town. This restaurant is "OK." Nothing special; over-rated and over-priced. Also, chintzy. This is the only restaurant in the Free World where customers are allowed ONE trip to the soup OR salad bar. Not two trips mind you; not soup AND salad either. And the clientele is typically those same Republican Bubbas and superficial wives that keep Hondo from progressing past the 1950s.
User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsBig-Tex Burger is the Best: Hermann Sons has by far and away the best burger ever!!! They call it the Big Tex Burger and it's phenomenal. Most people go here for steaks, but the burger just can't be beat!
